Our last hurrah for Reece's birthday was a trip to Mexico's Zoofari - a drive through safari like zoo - (thanks Grandma for the birthday $$ which we used for this fun time!) Yes, these are animals we've seen before, but seeing them again reminded me of our creative God! Animals with very interesting features, colors, shapes and sizes. Really, very amazing! Where did He come up with some of His ideas?!? This place is a little unique because they allow you to get close to the animals - feeding the elephant, touching the giraffe, holding a tiger (which we didn't do - but our friends Bryan and Stephen did!). Reece had a few moments of fear, like when the giraffe approached our van, curious to see who we were or what we had to offer. But we had a lot of fun - the kids enjoyed the animals, especially so close in time to our zoo-birthday party. And the playground at the resteraunt was also a hit. Bryan and Stephen, our AIM guys, came along with us. They both have been really good buddies to both Reece and Chase so it was fun to have this special time with them. I loved the day!

Really... these pictures are great. They capture so much of God's creative beauty that you mention... in the humans as well! :-)
